In the Champions League, South Korea defender Kim Min-jae failed the Mohammed Napoli's central defenders Kim Min-jae and Juan Jejus collaborated to stop the advancing Kudus from the center as Ajax broke down the sides.  However, the cross was intended for Davy Klaassen, who leaped to score from behind. 

Much to the South Korean's relief, Kudus was taken off in the 20th minute of the second half. 

In South Korea, some are of the opinion that the match on Wednesday served as homework for Kim Min-jae and the Korean national team before their match on November 28 in Qatar. test for the 2022 World Cup.

In a Champions League matchup against South Korean defender Kim Min-jae, Mohammed Kudus prevailed in what served as a dress rehearsal for their World Cup encounter later this month. 

Kudus, an important player for Ghana who will compete against the Asian giants at the Qatar 2022 World Cup, and the two met for the second time in a week on Wednesday.



The Ghanaian scored in the first meeting, which he won despite Napoli thrashing Ajax 6-1. Similar results occurred on Wednesday when Kudus defeated the Korean and Napoli won 4-2. 

Throughout the game, Kim Min-jae faced off against Kudus multiple times but was unable to stop him, which allowed the Ghanaian playmaker—who can also be used as a striker—to instigate risky attacks. 

In the ninth minute of the first half, Minjae Kim faced Kudus. Kudus won the ball after a header battle close to the center line, dribbled with it, and Kim Min-jae soon caught up with him. Steven Bergwijn received a pass from Kudus, but his shot was blocked by the goalkeeper and went wide.



Kim Min-jae gave Kudus a chance to score in the 13th minute of the first half. Kudus alternated between regaining the ball from behind and launching a left-footed effort after Bergwijn threaded a pass between Kim Min-jae and Di Lorenzo. Kim Min-shot jae's was off-target, but Kudus was missed. 



In the 32nd minute, Kudus won control back from Kim Min-jae. Kudus pursued Kim Min-jae as he made an attempt to dribble and pressured him. Kim Min-jae made a mistake even if the Napoli teammates' delay of the Ajax attack did not result in a goal. 

Even in the moment when Kim Min-jae and the Napoli defense allowed Ajax to score their first goal in the third minute of the second half, mistakes were made.
