BREAKFAST IS NO MORE FOOD

There was a time when breakfast only meant food we take in the morning. Through time and experience, we have grown to realize words can have more than a meaning depending on the context. Even without that, we decide whatever each letter or string means to us.

To a trying youth, breakfast can never be just food. It means something more than we recognize. The word holds great importance, but works in the background and influences us in the right direction. The best part is that it doesn’t loud the efforts, so we don’t get distracted.

Breakfast represents the sacrifices we have to make on the daily basis in order to keep surviving. Among breakfast, lunch and supper, guess the one you’re likely to skip when you cannot afford three square meals a day. Research has proven it, even though common sense makes it quite obvious. It sometimes has to lose its constituency and join lunch to form brunch, just so we can be comfortable.

It saves us a lot from ourselves that we don’t end up in unnecessary situations. Since we are not forced to take breakfast, it relieves the pressure to to spend money. In financial sense, it saves us from some expenses. Also, we learn to control our urges. Imagine not eating for the 8 hours throughout your sleep only to wake up and prolong your fasting to over 12 hours.

Breakfast pushes us to move forward relentlessly, no retreat no surrender. Whether you had breakfast or not, you can afford to stay active and focus until lunchtime. This is surely the reason why it is the most skipped meal. Just a little commitment to other things and you whirl away the period in a blink.

You can skip the meal, but never the essence. Until you can afford to spend without reason, skipping means more.
