My mom has stroke. My significant other is a medical caretaker. I was cheerful essentially my significant other will be dealing with he since she's a medical caretaker. However, she has would not actually like my mother. She said assuming she's really focusing on my mother, she must be paid. That it's aspect of her responsibilities. At first I thought it was a joke, till I left my mother in a basic state where she crap on herself, I returned following 5 hours to meet her the same way I left her. I asked her for what valid reason she didn't tidy Mother up, she let me know she hasn't been paid. I met with my senior kin, since Mom is living with me, they consented to pay her to really focus on Mother.
