MIcrobes are known to be very small, microscopic organisms that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Bacteria and viruses are the most common examples of microbes. Microbes, in the body, may or may not be harmful. In situations where they may cause harm to the body, antimicrobials are usually used to combat them. These antimicrobials may either completely denature them or slow down their normal activities. Antimicrobials express different ways of dealing with microbes.
