Whenever I call he's on another call

After the call he don't call me back as well

I generally see him on weekends,he has quit requesting that I come over,always caught up with accomplishing something on ends of the week however he calls it like he's frightened of chatting on the telephone

So was I was off-base coming clean with him ?

Or on the other hand being honest partner is terrible?
