Due to new post-Brexit immigration regulations, Tuchel "must leave England next month."

Thomas Tuchel, who was fired by Chelsea rather than given a gardening leave of absence, will reportedly have to leave England permanently in December.

Due to post-Brexit visa restrictions, Tuchel, who lost his job as Blues manager in September, won't be permitted to remain in the nation because of his unemployment.

However, according to The Telegraph, Zsolt Low and Benjamin Webber, two of the German's assistants from his time at Stamford Bridge, were placed on gardening leave, meaning they are technically still working and are permitted to stay in England.

It's unknown why the Todd Boehly-led team at Stamford Bridge decided against offering Tuchel a comparable deal after he won the Champions League with Chelsea in 2021.

According to The Telegraph, Tuchel, 49, will likely return to Munich but plans to divide his time between the German city and London.

The post-Brexit Governing Body Endorsement visa the German used to accept the Chelsea position permitted him to remain in England for the duration of his employment with the team.

The three-year visas, which may cost more than £1,000 to obtain, can be extended for an additional year as long as the applicant keeps a job.

Arno Michels, a different assistant to Tuchel, had no intention of staying in the

after he left the team, his home country.

According to reports, Tuchel is the first coach who was compelled to leave the nation as a result of the new post-Brexit visa regulations.

He is seeking employment after being brutally fired by Chelsea, which occurred the morning after a humiliating 1-0 Champions League loss to Dinamo Zagreb.

Tuchel has reportedly indicated an interest in succeeding Gareth Southgate as England's manager in the future and has been connected to the position.

After the Blues suffered their third straight Premier League loss at Newcastle on Saturday, Graham Potter, Tuchel's replacement at Chelsea, has come under increasing pressure.

Chelsea is eight points behind the top four as we enter the World Cup break in seventh place.

Last week, Potter received a warning from Tuchel.

He said to the Ayurvedic Healing & Beyond Podcast that his experiences in Chelsea, Paris, Dortmund, and Mainz were all about getting results.

One loss can be overcome in a short amount of time, but it cannot go on for too long or the process will lose the public's trust.
