When asked about the best player he's played with at Liverpool, Virgil van Dijk told Pitch Side, "I would say at Liverpool it's Bobby Firmino."
"But also knowing how difficult it is to play against him as a defender because he drops deep."
"I can say him, but now it's Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, and Thiago." It's been fun playing with these guys."
Van Dijk has gotten along well with Firmino since arriving at Anfield in 2018 and appears to respect the Brazilian forward's abilities.Bobby's current contract with Liverpool expires in the summer, but the club is in talks about possibly renewing it.

It is expected that a statement clarifying the situation will be issued by the Glazer family or United in due course.
