The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) revealed to the general public the release of the West African Secondary School Examination, Ghana, 2022 Candidate provisional results on Wednesday, 30th November 2022. The results are made available online at Waec's official website, https://ghana.waecdirec?t.org.
The Council made it clear that some candidates' results have been withheld due to some examination malpractice. Moreover, candidates whose results are not available online can access them at their school.
Candidates can have access to their results using their mobile phones at the comfort of their homes.
Follow the steps below to check your results with ease.
1. Dial *928*123# on any registered mobile money Sim Card network ( MTN, VODAFONE, AIRTEL TIGO ) NB: The account should have a maximum fund of 25.00 and above.
2. A pop-up menu appears, select option 1 to buy the WASSCE Checker
3. Enter your Mobile Money pin to confirm your purchase. Wait for the code to be sent via message in this format. Voucher Serial Number: WRV190228977 PIN: 777554526253. If you didn't receive your pin and serial code after the purchase, kindly dial *928*123# and select option 2 to request your pin code.
4 . Log on to https://ghana.waecdirect.org to fill in your information such as
Examination Type: e.g WASSCE
Examination year: e.g 2022
Index number: e.g 123456789
Date of birth: Day/ month/ year
Voucher serial number: WRV235467843 ( 3 letters followed by digits
voucher Pin: 10digits numbers
5. Click to submit at the bottom left corner to confirm your information.
Load and see your result on your screen. You can decide to Print out the result at any internet Cafe‘ or printing press.
Note the following
1. Have enough funds in your Mobile account.
