When Casemiro and Luka Modric switched clothes at HALF-TIME, fans were confused.

Fans were confused by Casemiro and Luka Modric switching clothes as they departed the field between Brazil and Croatia at halftime.

The first half of the match between Tite and Zlatko Dalic's squads was lively, but neither team was able to make any significant openings, and the scores remained level at the break.

The cameras saw Casemiro following after his old Real Madrid teammate and requesting to switch shirts as the players left the field for the break. As they left, Modric duly consented and took off his top.

The decision was met with confusion on social media, with one fan questioning whether the World Cup quarterfinal match was the true "war" as it had been described.

"Why are Casemiro and Modric switching shirts?

They inquired. I mistook this for 90 minutes of fighting and not a bromance.

Another person said, "Really, Casemiro wants to switch clothes with Modric during halftime of a World Cup quarterfinal?"

Another fan who was present seemed to concur, speculating as to what Roy Keane might have done to either if he had been in the locker room.

It was described as "so f****** terrible" when Casemiro asked Modric for his shirt at halftime of a knockout game after having played poorly and been bossed around by him.

Roy Keane would have said that he is f******.

At the halftime break, Luka Modric and Casemiro switched clothes, according to another spectator. Roy Keane is on the verge of developing high blood pressure.

Others were less harsh, with one observer stating that after their successful years together at Real Madrid, they had "earned the right" to switch shirts.

The joy police won't like Casemiro and Modric switching shirts during halftime. They wrote, "I believe they have earned the right."

Between 2014 and 2022, Modric and Casemiro won five Champions League titles together, serving as the cornerstone of one of the most successful incarnations of Real Madrid in the modern age.

Brazil was attempting to advance to their tenth World Cup semifinal, while Croatia was attempting to advance to their third after 1998 and 2018.
