Argentina faced the Netherlands in the World Cup quarterfinals. The game was a lot of fun, with both teams giving their all on the field.




Argentina began with a very strong lineup, led by Lionel Messi in the attacking lineup. Gakpo was an important part of the Netherlands' attack because they were determined to win.

Argentina played extremely well in the first half of the match, winning 1-0. Molina scored the first goal, which was assisted by Lionel Messi. Both teams improved their performance in the second half as they sought goals.




Lionel Messi scored in the 72nd minute to make the score 2-0. The goal was scored from a penalty spot. Before full-time, the Netherlands scored two goals to salvage a draw that forced extra time. Lionel Messi's goal  propelled Argentina's star forward up the World Cup golden boot table, where he now has four goals. The World Cup golden boot table is shown below.

LIVERPOOL INJURY NEWS: ‘TOUGH’ PLAYER OUT UNTIL MARCH 2023

According to journalist Pipe Sierra on Twitter, Liverpool winger Luis Diaz will undergo surgery tomorrow and will not play for Jurgen Klopp's side again until March 2023.Diaz, according to the well-known and respected journalist, has suffered a lateral collateral ligament injury in his knee and will undergo surgery tomorrow.


Sierra has also stated that the Colombia international winger, who Everton's Nathan Patterson described as a "tough opponent" in September 2022, will return to action for Liverpool in March 2023.


According to The Times, the 25-year-old suffered a setback in his recovery from a knee injury while at Liverpool's training camp in Dubai.


Following a challenge with Thomas Partey, the winger suffered his first injury in the loss to Arsenal at the start of October.According to The Times, Liverpool expected Diaz to be out until January 2023.


However, according to Colombia-based journalist Sierra, who broke the 25-year-January old's 2022 move to Liverpool from FC Porto [EOTK], the winger is now expected to return in March 2023.Diaz has made seven Premier League starts and one substitute appearance for Liverpool this season.


In those games, the Colombian international winger has three goals and two assists.


This season, the 25-year-old has also scored one goal in three UEFA Champions League games for the Reds.
