Report – Man United prepared to agree £106million signing

Manchester United require a creative midfielder, and reports suggest that they are interested in signing Benfica's Enzo Fernandez.


The Red Devils have joined archrivals Liverpool in the race to sign the talented Argentine international, according to UOL Esporte.


According to a Brazilian news outlet, Man United are willing to agree to a fee of £106 million to activate the release clause and complete the signing of the La Albiceleste midfielder.


Enzo joined the Liga Nos giants from River Plate last summer for a fee of ten million euros.Before the World Cup, the South American teenager scored eight goals for the Eagles. In Qatar, he scored a spectacular goal against Mexico and provided an important assist against Poland in the group stages.


Furthermore, the 21-year-old starlet played every minute of the knockout stages to help Argentina win the championship.


Enzo Fernandez was named Young Player of the Tournament for his consistent performances. As a result, it is not surprising that top clubs are interested in hiring him.Manchester United and Liverpool both require reinforcements in the center of the field.
