According to reports, Barcelona wants to sign a right-back as soon as possible.
The four options for right-back reinforcement that the Blaugrana are seriously considering are as follows.
1. Benjamin Pavard. The Bayern Munich defender has fallen out of favor with his club's coach and would welcome a fresh start on new ground.
2. Juan Foyth. The Villarreal defender has been linked to Barcelona for some time, but a deal has never materialized. Barcelona is said to be keeping tabs on the World Cup winner in Qatar.
3. Thomas Meunier. Barcelona could sign the veteran defender as a free agent next summer. He has a lot of experience and is a cheaper option than the others listed.
4. Giovanni Di Lorenzo. The Italian right-back has been outstanding for Napoli this season, and there is no reason to sell him. It remains to be seen how Barca can persuade him to leave Italy.
Jules Kounde is another right-back option for Barcelona, but Xavi prefers to use him as a center-back partner with Ronald Araujo.
Sergino Dest is unlikely to regain Xavi's favor. The American has struggled so far during his loan spell in Milan.

"He speaks normally when we are together. But, for some reason, when you watch the interview, his voice changes. It's inconvenient and stressful."This appears to have been the subject of mockery and comments in the France dressing room.
Rabiot has returned to club football.
Rabiot's ability to make jokes about the situation suggests that the French players have managed to put their disappointment behind them and are focused on the rest of the season with their clubs.
Rabiot has had a very mixed time at Juventus since joining the Serie A club, but he has recently been one of their best performers.
After a fairly turbulent spell, it is still expected that he will leave the club at the end of the season.
