Assistant coach of the Black Galaxies, Bismark Kobby Mensah has appealed on Ghanaians to assist the squad to win the CHAN 2023 championship.
He claims that the Black Galaxies have made excellent preparations and have set their sights on the competition's gold medal.
"Winning the trophy is the goal.
Coach Bismark Kobby Mensah stated, "We have had good preparations, but we humble ask Ghanaians to support the squad in prayers and I know our aim will be reached.
The Black Galaxies landed in Algeria on Tuesday to begin the last round of CHAN competition training.
Against Saturday, January 7, the Black Galaxies will take on Algeria in a friendly encounter before the competition beginning on January 13.
The Black Galaxies will compete against teams from Madagascar, Sudan, and Morocco in Group C of the competition.
