According to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenburg, Manchester United are interested in signing Bayern Munich star Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.

Since then, the striker has scored nine goals and provided two assists in eight appearances. In total, he has found the back of the net 11 times in 16 appearances.The former PSG and Stoke City striker could be an ideal signing for United if he can be persuaded to leave the Allianz Arena.
