Thiago Silva's wife calls out Chelsea fans from Stamford Bridge box as Blues lose again

Isabelle Silva, Thiago Silva's wife, has criticized Chelsea fans following their loss to Manchester City on Thursday night, as the Blues fell further behind the top four.

Chelsea fans should be more vocal during home games, according to Thiago Silva's wife.

Despite his age, the Brazilian defender remains an important figure at Stamford Bridge, and his partner, Isabelle da Silva, is known for sharing her opinions on social media. On Thursday night, she recorded a video of herself in the stands, where the majority of fans remained silent, before breaking into song."Don't come to Stamford Bridge unless you're singing!" she wrote. Isabelle stood by as Manchester City defeated her husband's team. To close the gap on Arsenal, the champions won 1-0 thanks to a second-half goal from Riyad Mahrez.

Chelsea, meanwhile, have won just one of their last eight games, leaving them 10 points outside the top four as Graham Potter continues to look for answers. Despite Isabelle's claims, the Blues manager praised the home crowd's efforts and urged them to be patient.

"You have to take responsibility when we're not playing well, but you hope people look at the overall context in terms of what we've had to deal with," he said.Chelsea manager added to the performance: "The lads gave it their all, it was a spirited game, and we had some chances against a top team. I liked what we tried to do against a strong opponent. We were competitive and showed spirit on the field, as well as courage in attack and responsibility at the back. Apart from the outcome, which we despise, I'm proud of the players."

Thiago Silva and Chelsea were defeated once more on Thursday night.Isabelle is known for telling it like it is. Earlier this season, after the 2-2 draw with Tottenham at Stamford Bridge, she questioned why her husband has so little visibility at the stadium. She tweeted: "I went to Stamford Bridge today and noticed that the photos changed around the stadium. But I can't find a photo of @tsilva3 anywhere. Why @ChelseaFC?"

Last season, she also called out a commentator who criticized Silva's performance following a 4-1 home defeat to Brentford. She's also been known to criticize some of the Blues' former attackers, saying, "We need a goal, we need to win this match, but my attackers don't want to score, I don't know why they don't score."
