Five players on the roster, including star forward Georges Mfegue, will miss the match because of problems with their injuries.

Danlad Ibrahim and two other players won't be able to attend the big game since they are traveling with the Black Galaxies on official business.

Justice Blay and Nicholas Mensah, who have a lot of yellow cards, are suspended and will not play in the game.

Danlad Ibrahim, Defender Sheriff Mohammed, and Augustine Agyapong are gone on foreign service and are our safest pair of hands. A club statement on its website on Friday stated: "Our utility players Justice Blay and Nicholas Mensah are both ruled out due to suspension. Dickson Afoakwa, Isaac Oppong, Georges Mfegue, Stephen Amankona, and John Tedeku are on the injured list.

In an interview with Opemsuo, club spokesperson David Obeng Nyarko stated the injury situation is concerning.

But he is optimistic that the other players will be able to step in and finish the job.

Although it is concerning that so many of our players are hurt, those who haven't seen much action this year could find it advantageous. Against the Great Olympics, we will put together a strong team, according to David Obeng Nyarko.

Mudasiru Salifu is delighted to be a member of the Al Batin Club family.

Midfielder Mudasiru Salifu has expressed his happiness at joining Al Batin FC of Saudi Arabia.

Salifu shared his pleasure on his official Twitter page: "Glad to be a member of the Al Batin FC family. I'm eager to give it my best."

The midfielder, who joined Sherrif Tiraspol in July of last year, enjoyed a good loan stint there before joining Al Batin for the balance of the 2022–23 campaign.

The 25-year-old midfielder has the possibility to be signed by Al Batin on a long-term basis if he performs well during his brief stay.

In the Moldovan League, UEFA Champions League qualifying, UEFA Europa League playoff, and Europa League group stages, Salifu made 21 games for Sherrif.

With just a point after 11 rounds of games, Al Batin FC is now in last place in the Saudi Pro League, and improvement will be needed with the signing of Salifu.

Salifu joins former Black Stars midfielder Afriyie Acquah as the second Ghanaian player to play for Al Batin from July 2021 until January 2022.
