It may take some time for Manchester United to reach the heights attained in 2007/08, when they won the UEFA Champions League. This was the last time Manchester United won the Champions League, and they have yet to win it since. Cristiano Ronaldo is the final Manchester United player from the 2007/08 squad to leave the club after his contract was mutually terminated.

Real Madrid are interested in signing Paris Saint-Moroccan Germain's defender Achraf Hakimi.
Real Madrid has expressed interest in Achraf Hakimi, according to Defensa Central. However, Los Blancos' strained relationship with PSG may prevent a move for the Moroccan defender.Despite being only 24 years old, Achraf Hakimi has had the experience of a lifetime. The young full-back graduated from Real Madrid's academy six years ago but was never able to establish himself at the Santiago Bernabeu. He rose to prominence, however, during a two-year loan spell with Borussia Dortmund.
In 2020, the Moroccan international returned to Real Madrid, but the club immediately sold him to Inter Milan. Following a season with the Nerazzurri, Hakimi will join PSG in July 2021. Since then, the player has steadily improved while remaining a fixture at Parc des Princes. And he's had a fantastic 2022/23 season so far.
