The owners of Paris Saint-Germain are looking to purchase another European team and have set their sights squarely on the Premier League.
According to CBS's Ben Jacobs, the club's executive committee, Qatar Sports Investments (QSI), is "ramping up attempts" to acquire a new team.
A number of Premier League teams, most notably Tottenham Hotspur, are in conversation with them.
According to reports, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, chairman and CEO, met with Daniel Levy, the head of Spurs, last week in London for a "exploratory meeting."
After purchasing PSG in 2011, QSI completely turned around the club's fortunes, winning eight of the last ten Ligue One championships during a time when French football was entirely dominated.

The club's top management, Qatar Sports Investments (QSI), is reportedly "ramping up attempts" to invest in another team, according to Ben Jacobs of CBS.
They are in communication with several Premier League organizations, most notably Tottenham Hotspur.

Eight of the last ten Ligue One championships have been won by QSI since they acquired PSG in 2011. This is during a time when French football has been entirely dominated.
They completed the £11.2 million acquisition of Italian team Palermo in July, making them the 12th club to fall under the CFG's wing.
They also have Club Bolivar, Yokohama F. Marinos, Troyes (France), Girona (Spain), Melbourne City (Australia), Lommel (Belgium), Montevideo City Torque (Uruguay), New York City (United States), Mumbai City (India), Yokohama F. Marinos, Sichuan Jiuniu (China), and Melbourne City (Spain) (Bolivia).
The UEFA rules say that no two or more participating clubs may be directly or indirectly controlled by the same organization, hence there may be problems if two clubs that share owners compete in the same European competition.
Due to the lack of a "decisive influence" over more than one team, both RB Leipzig and Red Bull Salzburg are permitted to participate.
