According to OneFootball, only Barcelona have conceded the fewest goals in the top five European leagues.

He conceded just six goals in his 16 La Liga appearances for Spain this season, thanks to the brilliant defense of Jules Kunde, Andreas Christensen, Jordi Alba, Ronald Araujo and Ter Stegen.

Conceding fewer goals this season could also play an important role in the race for the title. Currently, the team led by Carlo Ancelotti has overtaken his closest rivals, Real Madrid, with 16 goals in the last 16 he has conceded.

Juventus is the second team to concede fewer goals this season. After a disappointing start to his 22/23 season under Massimiliano Allegri, the Italian heavyweight team returned to the top as he conceded seven goals in 17 games.

Newcastle, the only English Premier League team on the list, has conceded 11 goals in their last 18 matches, with the back four of Kieran Trippier, Dan Burn, Schar, and Botman doing well so far as Eddie Howe looks to capitalize on his side's impressive form to deliver European football as well as domestic trophies with the Magpies.

Lens are next on the list with 11 goals conceded in their last 17 games, followed by Villarreal with 12 goals conceded in their last 16 games.

Manchester United dealt fixture blow ahead of Arsenal showdown

Manchester United have finally been given a date for the postponed match at Crystal Palace.

United's trip to Selhurst Park was canceled in September due to the Queen's death and has not been rescheduled until now

And with the new timing of the clash, there's good reason for Manchester United to be outraged by the Premier League - and so are the club's traveling fans

Short notice for away games is impractical and it is not easy for Erik ten Hug's team to plan dates.

Manchester United v Everton: Emirates FA Cup Third Round

Date Set Crystal Palace vs Manchester United

Manchester United's Cristal's match against Palace is set for his Wednesday 18 January, with kick-off set for 8pm, the club has confirmed For guest fans, this isn't a quick time to plan, nor is it a great date on the pitch.

The match will be between Manchester City at Old Trafford on 14 January and Arsenal away on 22 January.

Away games, especially at Arsenal, will be more difficult for United.

United spent a full week preparing and concentrating on the Gunners That is no longer the case as the game against Palace has stopped. Calendar options for playing this game are limited. Had United lost in the third round of his FA Cup, the match could have been played with Palace eliminated at the end of January. Instead, United will face Reading in the fourth round this weekend

We also have to find a date for the also postponed game against Leeds. If it works, I hope it doesn't happen during awkward times like the Palace game, which really seems like the worst scenario On the other hand, if United suffer a disappointing defeat to City, a game against Palace would be easier to recover from than a trip to Arsenal

And at least get rid of the "game in hand" that beat United in the Premier League standings.
