The next raging bull with a V12 engine looks pretty amazing.

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) website has allowed Lamborghini's upcoming hybrid V12 Aventador successor design patent images to make their online debut. The patent was filed in North Macedonia for whatever reason. It is evident that Lamborghini did not intend for these images to circulate online, but nevertheless, here we are.

First of all, we are aware that these pictures are not of the highest quality, but they are still clear enough to give us a good idea of what to anticipate when the new supercar is shown off in March. The successor appears to borrow styling elements from the Centenario and Sian, two previous limited-edition Aventador models. The Centenario's top-mounted diffuser, on the other hand, has a clear influence on the front fascia. The Y-shaped LED design that has been seen on other recent Lambos is carried over to the headlights and taillights. The enormous side air intakes to cool that 12-cylinder engine also caught our attention. The image from the top is especially interesting because it shows the lovely V12 resting in the engine bay directly behind the driver and passenger.

Given the rising fuel economy and emissions standards, it should come as no surprise that an earlier spy video confirmed that the new Lambo will be hydridized. The fact that the V12 will not be turbocharged is the most important thing. The lightweight supercapacitor technology from the Sian FKP 37 and, later, the reborn Countach will also be incorporated into it. Expect a higher total output than the 769 horsepower Aventador Ultimate. The new exhaust design at the rear perfectly matches what we saw on the production-ready prototype in the aforementioned video. We anticipate around the same 800 horsepower as the Countach.

The interior is not shown in the patent, but previous spy shots have shown us a digital interior cluster that shows the V12 and its hybrid nature are present. We also know that the new supercar will have a dual-clutch automatic transmission rather than the Aventador's cumbersome single-clutch automated gearbox.

Between now and the introduction of the Aventador successor in the early spring, a great deal more information is anticipated to arrive. A previous trademark discovered by CarBuzz suggests that it will use the name "Revoluelto" as its name.
