Tottenham is currently struggling to stay afloat in the 2022/23 season. The Lilywhites are currently outside the top four in the table and have yet to defeat any of the big six English teams in the Premier League this season. The only big team they've managed to get a point against is Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
This season, Tottenham has lost by two goals to Manchester City, Arsenal, and Manchester United in the Premier League. Antonio Conte's job is currently in jeopardy, and he could be fired at any time. Tottenham has suffered defeats at home against Liverpool, Newcastle United, and Arsenal. If Tottenham continues to lose, it will be difficult for them to finish in the top four.
Furthermore, Tottenham has conceded 15 or more goals and scored fewer than 8 goals this season against the top six Premier League teams. Tottenham Hotspur may add players to their squad during the summer transfer window in 2023. However, they have yet to make a significant signing in the winter transfer window, and there is a chance that the team will regain their best form in order to finish the season strongly.

Liverpool now ‘interested’ in signing ‘phenomenal’ £80m star at Anfield
Liverpool transfer news - Declan Rice
In December, transfer insider Dean Jones said GMS Liverpool were keen on Rice.
But now Premier League leaders Arsenal appear to be the club most interested in the Englishman.
The North London team hopes to secure a £70m deal this summer, according to The Telegraph.
Elsewhere, the Guardian reports that West Ham want more than £100m for the midfielder but may have to settle for a fee of nearly £80m.
What did Rudy Galetti say about Declan Rice and Liverpool? Galetti says Liverpool have Rice on their radar before the next transfer window.
A journalist told GMS:
"It's an open race. Things are changing as Chelsea and Liverpool also have an interest in him. We'll have to wait a few more weeks to better understand Declan Rice's future.
Will Liverpool sign Declan Rice before Arsenal?
Not impossible, but Liverpool don't seem to be the frontrunners for his signing at the moment. According to the same Guardian report already referenced, Rice is keen to join Arsenal this summer because of manager Mikel Arteta.
Liverpool now appear to be focusing on Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham, along with the Gunners, who are believed to be England's favorites.

When was Liverpool's Anfield Ground built?
Sky Germany (via Sky Sports) recently claimed that the Reds are optimistic about signing the former Birmingham City star in the next transfer window.
Will Rice be a good sign for Liverpool? definitely. Described by former Manchester City and West Ham winger Trevor Sinclair as "a phenomenal player", he brought a lot to midfield.
According to WhoScored, the Hammers captain has made 2.3 tackles per game in his league this season, which is his second-highest average on his team.
But Jürgen Klopp's priority is clearly Bellingham, while Rice says it will be hard to turn down a move to Arsenal if they are Premier League champions and have a Champions League spot next season. Considering all this, the Emirates seems like a more likely destination than Anfield.
