This season, some players have performed exceptionally well in the Premier League. Manchester City forward Erling Haaland has arguably had the most impressive season in the Premier League thus far.

The 22-year-old has established himself as a first-team starter at the club and is currently the premier league's leading goalscorer with 25 goals. In his first season at City, Haaland is expected to win the Premier League Golden Boot. Former Borussia Dortmund forward recently became the Premier League's fastest player to score four Hat-tricks.Tottenham Hotspur forward Kane scored the game's only goal as Tottenham Hotspur defeated Fulham 1-0.

His goal for Spurs against Fulham was his 266th for the club, equaling Jimmy Greaves' record of 266 goals. Kane has 16 Premier League goals this season, making him the competition's second highest goalscorer.

Marcus Rashford of Manchester United has been a standout performer in the Premier League since the start of the season. Rashford has scored nine league goals for the Red Devils, and he has had the most impressive season under Ten Hag.

Here is the lineup of Premier League players who have had the best performances thus far.

The forwards are Harry Kane and Erling Haaland, while the midfielders are Marcus Rashford, Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, and Casemiro. Defenders include Oleksandr Zinchenko, Sven Botman, Gabriel Magalheas, and Kieran Trippier, with Pope serving as goalkeeper

AGENT OF ARSENAL TARGET WITH £27M RELEASE CLAUSE SPOTTED IN LONDON AS TALKS COULD BE HELD

Arsenal agent target with £27m release clause spotted in London as negotiations may take place

Arsenal could be in talks to sign Ibrahima Bamba after his agent Filipe Macedo Alves was spotted in London.

what happened?

Now, the Gunners are said to be interested in Vitoria de Guimaraes' number 22 as Mikel Arteta looks to strengthen his midfield depth amid Mohamed Erneny's injury concerns.

It was Miller who claimed Arsenal wanted Bamba, who is said to have included a £26.5m release clause in his contract.

Alves, who now owns his FMA Sports, the company representing Italian midfielders, has revealed on his official Instagram account that he is in London. You can see what our Portuguese agent posted today.

Of course, this is all pretty vague and Alves could be in London for personal reasons.

But with only six days left in the transfer window and Arteta hoping to sign another midfielder, it's no doubt an interesting development.

So far this season, Bamba has played 23 times in all competitions for Vitoria de Guimaraes and without scoring a goal he has earned eight yellow cards.

Bamba is a cheaper alternative to Arsenal

In our view, Bamba would be a decent signing if Edu doesn't get a more expensive option for Arsenal's midfield division. Arsenal are keen to sign West Ham forward Declan Rice, worth £80million, according to The Times.

According to The Athletic, this Ecuadorian international will likely cost him more than £60m as Chelsea rejected his £55m offer, but The Telegraph reports that Arsenal will also move from Brighton to Moises. We think we are interested in acquiring his Caicedo.

These are obviously ambitious goals, but they are realistic given Arsenal, who are top of the Premier League.

However, if Rice or Caicedo's deal doesn't go through, we can see Bamba arriving at the Emirates' stadium.
