A 48 years old woman has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment after being found guilty of orchestrating the plot if assassinating her estranged husband.
The woman 48 Identified as Gretchen Buselli was arrested and arraigned to court for sentencing after she agreed to pay an assassin around £4,000 to murder her estranged husband only to discover the hired assassin was an undercover FBI agent.
Gretchen Buselli was convicted for the attempted murder plot of murdering her estranged husband on Monday January 23rd by a federal judge in Florida USA. She received a sentence of 15 years.
According to sources and publications made by LAW & CRIME, the investigation of the matter began when Gretchen Buselli was communicating with an a friend she has known since childhood about the plan via text and phone, mail and an encrypted mobile phone app.
She knew the person she was talking to had “commited crimes” and “being to prison” hence she knew he could help.
Narrating the story, daily star UK wrote
“In June 2021, CW was offered $40,000 (£32,200) to kill Buselli's ex, who she claimed was abusing her daughter, according to authorities.
“Their conversation eventually shifted to a telephone call that the FBI were listening in on”.
“In July 2021, court documents claim Buselli "explained to CW how she has been struggling with the child custody situation with her ex-husband, that she has a judge that doesn’t care, and that she believes the system is corrupt and preventing her from getting justice for her daughter".
“The solution she'd come up with was to have her estranged husband killed.
CW eventually connected her with contract killer "Paul" with whom she agreed to pay a $5,000 (£4,000) advance to carry out the murder”.
“Paul was actually an undercover FBI agent. Buselli was willing to provide him with details regarding her estranged husband's routine and appearance”.
“The Department of Justice said in a press release: "Buselli was later surveilled [in September 2021] depositing the agreed upon $5,000 payment at a public park”.
"Following her delivery of the payment, agents observed Buselli dispose of the clothing she had worn during delivery of the payment”.
"After being advised by the undercover agent that her estranged husband had been killed, Buselli stated, ‘thank you’."
“Prosecutors said she claimed she didn't seek to have her estranged husband killed when she was caught, meaning she was also convicted of lying to the FBI”.

The estranged husband who was on the verge of getting killed without his consent ha yet to address the issue concerning the arrest of his wife on her evil plot of ending his life for her own selfish gains.
