Preston beat Huddersfield in the third round to reach that stage and they have had a rocky season. They are 11th in the championship despite being just four points away from third place.

Preston vs Tottenham prediction
While Tottenham has looked far from convincing at the back in recent weeks, Preston has not been particularly prolific in terms of scoring. Only Huddersfield and Cardiff have scored fewer goals in the Championship this season.
With confidence still low, any win will do the trick for the Spurs as they look to get their season off to a good start and another narrow win is doable.
Tottenham won 1-0.
