Celebrated Ghanaian rap icon and BET award winner born Michael owusu Addo recently raised the flags of Ghana high after he was featured in a remix version of the late Jamaican reggae guru Bob Marleys Stir it up track.
The whole country went into a state of complete happiness for such a wonderful collaboration and Sarkodie received applauds and congratulatory from his colleagues industry mates and fans for reaching such a height in his career.
Although many were happy with the project a few industry showed their discontent in the project and to mention a few of such individuals were Ayisha modi, shatta wale and yaa pono. Ayisha modi in an interview revealed that, a song of that caliber should have featured someone like Shatta wale or better still stonebwoy not Sarkodie since he is a rapper and not a dancehall artist.
Shatta wale also ironically made a comic comment by congratulating Sarkodie on featuring a ghost. Sarkodie on the other hand is yet to reply to all this jabs since Sarkodie is one person notable for not giving a listening ear to jabs and criticisms.
Yaa pono on the other hand, seems to have a personal feud with the Ghanaian rapper and has even gone the extra mile of releasing a diss song directed to Sarkodie. The song title Yard has a line which one could clearly know its a shot thrown at Sarkodie.
In a part of the lyrics of the song, yaa pono raps only goal wey dey enter the net, since when did we feature the dead.
Kwaw kese after hearing ponos diss song decided to share a little bit of advice and posted on his Official twitter handle if you diss someone whose ahead of you in everything you are wasting your time, use that energy to better yourself.
Pono replying to the advice also tweeted put whatever you want to say on a beat, respond to tune not speeches.
