Most European clubs have used the 2022 winter transfer window to bring in new players who will help them improve their performance.
1. Mykhailo Mudryk - The Ukrainian winger joined Chelsea from Shakhtar Donetsk for 70 million in the January 2023 transfer window. He made his debut in their 0-0 draw with Liverpool in week 21 of the English Premier League.
2. Cody Gakpo - He is the English Premier League's second most expensive signing in the January 2023 winter transfer window. The Dutch midfielder joined Liverpool from PSV for a fee of 42 million.
3. Benoit Badiashile - Chelsea signed the French center back from Monaco for 38 million. He has appeared in two games since joining Chelsea.
4. Noni Madueke - Noni Madueke joined Chelsea from PSV for 35 million. His versatility comes from his ability to play as a winger or attacking midfielder.
5. Georginio Rutter - Leeds United signed the French forward from Hoffenheim for 28 million.
