£85million player backed to secure “big” Manchester United move
Harry Kane Spurs
Harry Kane may have won some individual trophies for Tottenham, but he has yet to win anything for the north London side.
Former Aston Villa centre-forward Gaby Abonlahore believes Kane will need to leave Tottenham for a 'big' move to Manchester United.
The retired forward told Football Insider:
"For Kane, it's now. He either leaves this summer or stays at Spurs. I don't think he will win what he wants to win with Spurs."
"At Manchester United, he could still beat Alan Shearer's record in the Premier League. Manchester United will win the trophy before Spurs."
The Red Devils have not won a title since winning the Community Shield, League His Cup and Europa League in the 2016/17 season under Jose Mourinho.
Manchester United have one leg left in the Carabao Cup final and are firmly positioned to finish in the top four this season.
Tottenham, on the other hand, have not won a single title in almost 15 years. Their last win was in the 2008 League Cup against Chelsea under Spanish manager Juande Ramos.
Kane has scored 16 goals in the Premier League and has been linked with a move to Manchester United, where Eric Ten Hag is keen to secure his signature. He cost him around £85 million in the summer (The Mail).
He has won England's Player of the Year award on his two occasions and has won his Premier League Golden boot three times. Should he move to Old Trafford to win a major club title?
