Sarkodie was called out few days ago for ignoring a feature call of Ghanaian reggae artist Samini. Samini who was on the popular micro blogging app twitter doing a question and answer was asked by a fan if he will ever feature Sarkodie.
Samini replying to the fan wrote;
“I don’t think I will need a verse from Sark, but if he needs a verse from me, I’m not ready and won’t do it”. These assertions drive a whole lot of conversations as to why Samini would make such statements about Sark since many presume they had the best of friendship.
Samini giving fans further elaboration of the whole issue revealed that, he sent a song to Sarkodie to hop on months ago and till date Sarkodie never did the song neither did he return his calls. These words from Samini sparked a whole lot of issues with fans and industry mates sharing their opinions. Shatta wale addressing the issue asked Sark to respect Samini because he is a legend in the industry.
In a new claims made by Ghanaian rapper Ras Kuuku, he urged Ghanaians not to blame Sarkodie but rather his manager Angelo since he is the one blocking the features. His claims comes when he granted an interview with tv3 and the Sarkodie not responding to features came up.
“Mostly when you want feature an artist, your mails are sent through the managers with the record attached, so it is Angelo that’s not responding to the mails and not Sarkodie”. He added.
Moving forward, he backed his claims with his own experience with Sarkodie and his team, he said that, he had sent songs through Angelo and till today he has received no feedback.
”Blame Angelo, his the one blocking the features of Sarkodie, I have personally sent songs to him and till date I have no feedback.
