Chelsea have added three new players to their UEFA Champions League squad this season: Enzo Fernandez, Mykhaylo Mudryk, and Joao Felix. The three players have been registered by the Blues, and they are expected to perform well in the competition.
Chelsea paid £107 million to sign Enzo Fernandez from Benfica, while Mykhaylo Mudryk joined from Shakhtar Donetsk for €100 million. Following the arrival of their new signings, Chelsea are expected to compete for the UEFA Champions League title this season.
The Blues will face Borussia Dortmund in the last 16 stage of the competition. This season, the Bundesliga club has also been impressive in terms of performance.
Chelsea's UEFA Champions League squad this season includes David Datro Fofana, Noni Madueke, and Benoit Badiashile. The three players joined Chelsea in January and will not play in the UEFA Champions League this season.
Benoit Badiashile is arguably Chelsea's most impressive January signing thus far. Since joining the Blues, the former Monaco defender has established himself as a starter. He and Thiago Silva have formed an impressive defensive partnership. Badiashile, on the other hand, will not play in the UEFA Champions League this season.
Despite limited game time at Chelsea, Fofana has been impressive in terms of performance. During Chelsea's 0-0 draw with Fulham, he came close to scoring.

Barcelona head coach Xavi Fernandez gave an update on Sergio Busquets' health on Sunday night.
For those who don't know, veteran midfielder Busquets sounded the alarm in the Blaugrana fan community this evening.
It happened when the Spaniard limped off the pitch against Sevilla in La Liga.
Within the first ten minutes at the Camp Nou, Busquets had fallen to the pitch in obvious pain after uncomfortably twisting his left leg on the pitch.
After being treated by the home team's medical team, it was decided that the Spaniard was not eligible to continue, culminating in his retirement for Franck Kessie. Speaking about another excellent evening for the team, which saw Barca lead Sevilla to 3 goals, it was Xavi Hernandez's turn, asked about the situation of his former teammate in midfield.
And the Spaniard later revealed early signs of a likely ankle sprain.
In contrast, medical tests are scheduled for tomorrow, when Xavi will find out how long he is expected to be without Busquets' talent in the coming weeks.
