Asante Kotoko get difficult MTN FA cup draw in the round of 16.
The defending champions of the BetPawa Premier League would face the current league leaders Aduana football club in the MTN FA cup round of 16 later this month as the see to make progress in the competition.
The club has not really performed well in recent years as they were knocked out of the competition by Berekum Chelsea in the 2020/2021 season in tue quarter final and they also recorded one of their poorest season as King Faisal knocked them out in the round of 64 last season.

I entreat all Kotoko supporters over the world, the Board and Management to rise against the unfair, shambolic, and calculated officiating by "some" shameful, useless referees against Kotoko in the ongoing GPL.
I say it categorically that, these acts by the referees against Kotoko are steerred by someone in the GFA.
It's about time we, Kotoko Fraternity rose against these barbaric acts by some of the referees.
It's high time Kotoko supporters spoke against it.
I'm not encouraging any supporter to beat any official, but to speak against it.
This can be done by using the media, especially, the radio stations across the country.
Moreover, we can done that by writing words like " FAIR OFFICIATING IN GHANA FOOTBALL" , among others on placards when we go to the stadium in numbers to support the team.
This can be used more often when we go for away games.
We now got to demonstrate to the world about the deliberate acts of the referees.
