When things settle down, Newcastle United are currently unbeaten in their last 16 Premier League matches. The Magpies are the only Premier League team to receive defeat in the 2022/23 Premier League season. They have 10 wins, 10 draws and 1 loss in the first 21 matches of the 2022/23 Premier League season.
However, in Ligue 1, Stade de Reims is having the longest unbeaten streak. They are currently unbeaten in the last 14 matches in Ligue 1 and are currently ranked 10th on the rankings. In addition to Stade Reims and Newcastle United, there are other teams who are currently unbeaten in more than 10 matches in the league. These teams include Bayern Munich (12 games), Leipzig (12 games) and Barcelona (11 games).
Napoli, Monza, Monaco, Frankfurt and Brentford are among the other teams in the top 10. These teams are currently unbeaten in the last 5-9 matches. However, Brentford, who faces Arsenal next weekend, could extend their unbeaten run to 10 Premier League games after beating Arsenal. There are league leaders who are not on the top ten list. Teams like Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich have been unable to avoid defeat in the last 5 matches in the league.

Chelsea captain Azpilicueta: My toughest opponent was a teammate
Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta has declared Eden Hazard his toughest opponent.
The Belgian wizard was at his best while playing for the Blues, scoring 110 goals and providing 92 assists before moving to Real Madrid in 2019.
Azpilicueta praised The Athletic:
“The toughest opponent I faced was Eden Hazard.
“Obviously there are a lot of people like that in other teams, but I will always say that training every day with Eden is what has given me a great taste of the Premier League.
"Facing the best player in the Premier League, always one-on-one, I can bring that experience into games. "I'm ready to face anyone after facing Eden every day."
The Spain international admits that Real Madrid striker Hazard is so good that he feels like 'kicking him away' but even then, the Belgian hasn't given up.
Azpilicueta continued:
"The way he turns... he can get the ball back and spin very quickly.
"He can shoot with both his right and left foot. He's also very strong. Even if you want to kick him sometimes, you can't knock him down. It's quite impressive!
"There are times when I play better than him but to be honest, sometimes he is a bit lazy in training. But when he wants to participate it is very difficult to stop."
