Chelsea's winless streak in the English Premier League was extended to three games after a disappointing 1-1 draw against West Ham United on Saturday.
The Blues took the lead through Joao Felix, an on-loan Atletico Madrid striker who scored his first Premier League goal for the club. However, the hosts equalized thanks to Chelsea old boy Emerson Palmieri, as Graham Potter's expensively assembled side failed to find a winner to end their winless streak.
In other news, Ivan Toney scored a fitting equalizer as Brentford left Arsenal with a draw that could blow their English Premier League title race wide open.
Leandro Trossard's first goal for the Gunners had earlier given them the lead in a game where they struggled for long periods, but Ivan Toney nodded in a leveler to earn the Bees a 1-1 draw and extend their unbeaten Premier League run to 10 games.
The Gunners had lost to struggling Everton the previous weekend and could only respond with a share of the spoils, leaving them six points clear of Manchester City at the top of the league table.
