After the lackluster January transfer window and constant criticism from fans for not exploring major transfers, Liverpool have finally entered the transfer market with eyes wide open. It seems the club has finally realized the team's poor form and recognized the need for a significant squad overhaul.

There are not many top players eligible for transfers in the coming months that Liverpool are not tracking.

Everything is being evaluated at Anfield, from attacking options to restructuring midfield to strengthening the defence, and the coming months are sure to be filled with big news.

Much attention is being paid to rebuilding the midfield as many acknowledge that the fundamental reason for the disappointing season is the poor midfield, lack of diversity and creativity. Many names are being considered to lead the midfield overhaul, including Jude Bellingham, N'Golo Kante and Matheus Nunes. In addition to Kante, Liverpool are said to be interested in another Chelsea player with whom they speak regularly.

Liverpool hope to take advantage of Chelsea midfielder's transfer situation

Journalist Jacque Talbot revealed to Footballtransfer.com that Blues midfielder Mason Mount has been in direct contact with Liverpool about a possible summer transfer.

If the player does not agree with his current club on a contract extension, Liverpool will be ready to seize the opportunity.

The Englishman held talks with Chelsea in January but to no avail. The London club are still trying to convince him to sign but they have not been able to convince him so far.

Liverpool remain interested in the player and close contact with him could give them an edge in encouraging him to join them at Anfield. Direct talks also suggest that the player is not only interested in extending his contract at Chelsea but is also open to a move to the Merseyside club.

Everton star Jordan Pickford is admired by Manchester United as well as Premier League rivals Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.

The Red Devils have been linked with a move for the 29-year-old in the past. Currently, the goalkeeper's contract with the Toffees expires in the summer of 2024. He does not seem to be interested in putting pen to paper on a new contract. Speaking to TEAMtalk (h/t Manchester Evening News), transfer journalist Graeme Bailey revealed the interest of all three of England's top clubs in Pickford. He believes the 29-year-old could have a chance to make a big step next summer.

Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford is 'admired' by MU, Chelsea and Tottenham.

"When things settle down, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Manchester United could all be on the hunt for new number ones and Pickford is admired by all. Pickford is set to turn 29 and if he wants to make a move big, this summer could very well be the right time for him." a big chance.

Currently, Everton are struggling in PL. Last season, the home team at Goodison Park remained relegated thanks to the brave performances of the strikers. However, they fell into a difficult situation this quarter.

At Tottenham, Hugo Lloris is in the final years of his career. The 36-year-old has been unstable at Spurs for a while. He is supported by Fraser Forster on the team. As for Chelsea, they have two established goalkeepers, Edouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga, in their ranks. However, the Senegal international has left in recent months. On the other hand, the former Athletic Bilbao star proved inconsistent between the spearheads for them.

David de Gea is Erik ten Hag's preferred pick in the current campaign. However, the 32-year-old's current contract with the Red Devils expires at the end of the season. The Spain international has been one of our best since last season. But with the Dutchman wanting to play at full-back, will he still be our number one? Only time will tell.
