How Real Madrid can line up with Fran Garcia next season - show off in the squad

Real Madrid are close to finalizing the signing of Fran Garcia from Rayo Vallecano.

Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that documents are being prepared for the deal, which is expected to be official soon.

Garcia will return to Madrid after this season is over and is expected to compete with Ferland Mendy.

When the French left-back is not playing, Garcia will have to replace and try to earn a permanent place in the team.

This is how Los Blancos should line up with the Spaniards. He will play on the left wing of Vinicius Jr and aim to torment the opponent.

With question marks surrounding the futures of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric at Madrid, Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni were included in this squad instead.

Potential Real Madrid XI with Garcia:

Courtois, Carvajal, Militao, Alaba, Garcia, Tchouameni, Camavinga, Valverde, Rodrygo, Vinicius Jr, Benzema

Red Devils eye Lautaro Martinez - Manchester United News

Manchester United are set to compete with Arsenal and Chelsea in the race to sign Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez, Football Insider reports.

Missing attacker

Erik ten Hag has only two options at the senior centre-back position at Old Trafford at the moment, one of which is loanee Wout Weghorst. There are no options to make a permanent move for Weghorst this summer as Antony Martial has missed most of the season through injury.

This resulted in Marcus Rashford occasionally having to switch from the left to the centre, but the England international played on the flanks so the manager really needed to find a focal point for him.

FI reporter Pete O'Rourke has shared the story of Martinez over the past 48 hours, insisting Martinez is on the wanted list at Old Trafford. United appear set to face Chelsea and Arsenal for the World Cup winners, who are "very keen to move to the Premier League at the end of the season".

O'Rourke added that a fee in the range of £70-80 million would suffice for Martinez's services.

Martinez has contributed to 120 goals in 212 appearances for Inter Milan and is only 25 years old, so it can be said that he is about to enter the peak years of his career. Lionel Messi also hailed the player as 'spectacular' as Martinez has contributed 22 goals in 31 games in the current season.

He is Inter's top scorer this season with a match average of 7.28/10, according to WhoScored, higher than every United player except Bruno Fernandes. So it's safe to say Martinez and Fernandes could form a formidable duo in Manchester next season, while Rashford could continue his fine form on the left, so hopefully a transfer picks up pace in Next few months.
