Nsoatreman FC and Asante Kotoko's 2022–23 Ghana Premier League match from Week 18 has finished in a scoreless draw.
For the first three points of the second round of the Ghanaian top-flight league, the two clubs squared off today at Nana Awuah Koramansah Field.
Despite many scoring opportunities, neither team managed to score in the first half.
During the break, Asante Kotoko showed good battling spirit, but the players were halted by Nsoatreman FC's staunch defensive effort.
Despite having several excellent scoring opportunities, the reds were unable to score and were forced to settle for a goalless draw after 90 minutes.
Asante Kotoko has moved up to second place in the league standings, four points behind Aduana Stars, according to today's results.
Nsoatreman FC is currently ranked ninth in the league.

On Saturday night in the first division of Cyprus, Ghanaian striker Godsway Donyoh scored in Apollon Limassol's 3-1 victory against Akritas.
After falling down following Marcelo Torres' goal in the 20th minute, Apollon Limassol didn't give up and managed to come back to win their 11th league game of the season.
They turned the game around with goals from Godsways Donyoh and Ioannis Pitta in the 63rd and 72nd minutes, respectively, and two assists from Amr Warda. In the 88th minute, the Cyprus international striker Ioannis Pitta secured the victory with a calm effort following a lovely cross from Panagiotou.
Against Akritas, Godsway Donyoh engaged in full-throttle play.
With 38 points, Apollon Limassol is fifth in the standings, while Akritas is last with 14.
The following league match will feature AEK Larnaca vs. Apollon Limassol.
