Chelsea Football Club, one of the top football clubs in the English Premier League, has had a reputation for being a club that changes managers frequently. In the last decade, the club has gone through a number of coaches, some of whom have been sacked due to poor performance or differences with the management. Here's an article on some of the coaches Chelsea has sacked in the last decade.

Andre Villas-Boas (2011-2012) Andre Villas-Boas was appointed as Chelsea's manager in 2011, with high expectations due to his successful spell at Porto. However, he struggled to get the best out of the players, and his tactics did not work well with the team. He was sacked in March 2012, with Chelsea outside the top four in the Premier League.

Roberto Di Matteo (2012) Roberto Di Matteo was appointed as interim manager after the sacking of Villas-Boas. He led Chelsea to victory in the UEFA Champions League and FA Cup that season, but was still sacked by the club's owner Roman Abramovich in November 2012, after a poor start to the Premier League campaign.

Rafael Benitez (2012-2013) Rafael Benitez was appointed as interim manager after Di Matteo's sacking. Despite leading the team to third place in the Premier League and winning the UEFA Europa League, he was still unpopular with Chelsea fans, and his tenure ended after just six months.

Jose Mourinho (2013-2015, 2015-2016) Jose Mourinho returned to Chelsea as manager in 2013, after a successful spell at the club between 2004 and 2007. He led Chelsea to the Premier League title in 2015, but the following season, the team had a poor start to the campaign, and Mourinho was sacked in December 2015. He returned to the club in 2015, but was sacked again in December 2015, due to poor results and reports of conflicts with the players.

Antonio Conte (2016-2018) Antonio Conte was appointed as Chelsea's manager in 2016, and led the team to the Premier League title in his first season. However, he had a falling out with the club's hierarchy over transfer policy and was eventually sacked in July 2018.

Maurizio Sarri (2018-2019) Maurizio Sarri was appointed as Chelsea's manager in 2018, after a successful spell at Napoli. He led the team to the Europa League title, but his tenure was marred by criticisms over his tactics and team selections. He left the club after one season to join Juventus.

Thomas Tuchel(2021-2022) he was appointed in January 2021 after Frank Lampard was sacked in 2021, He led the team to the UEFA Champions League and the FIFA World Cup titlesand had 67% winning rate. He was dismissed when the new owners of the team took over.

Chelsea Football Club has gone through several coaches in the last decade, with some being more successful than others. While the club has had a reputation for being trigger-happy with its managers, the team's success has also come from being able to make the right decisions in appointing new coaches. The club is now under the management of Graham Potter, who has had a negative impact on the team since his appointment.we had won 2 matches in 15 games.
