Romelu Lukaku is the player with the highest cumulative transfer fee in history, 333 million euros. Lukaku has played for various clubs in Europe's top five leagues, including Everton, Manchester United, Chelsea and Inter Milan. He has established himself as one of the best strikers in the world but has struggled to maintain consistent form.

Chelsea sold Lukaku to Everton in 2014 for €35 million and he left Everton as their all-time top scorer. United spent 85 million euros to sign Lukaku from Everton in 2017. He struggled to perform well at Old Trafford and signed for Inter Milan in 2019. The Serie A club spent €74 million to sign Lukaku from Manchester United.

Chelsea have re-signed Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan for a fee of 113 million euros in 2021 following his impressive performances at Inter. Lukaku could not participate in the Premier League and was loaned to Inter in 2022.

PSG striker Neymar is the player with the second highest cumulative transfer fee, £310 million. Barcelona spent 88 million euros to sign Neymar from Santos in 2013 and they sold him to PSG for 222 million euros in 2017, making him the most expensive player of all time.

Zinedine Zidane 'offers 15 million euros per year' to manage European giants

Zinedine Zidane has been out of work since leaving Real Madrid for the second time at the end of the 2020/21 season, in his first titleless season in charge of the club.

Zizou was racing to take over as head coach of his native France after the 2022 World Cup, but the FFF ultimately opted to extend Didier Deschamps' contract instead. However, there have been rumors that he might return as a manager in the near future.

Zidane has been linked with taking over as manager of Paris Saint-Germain this summer, and now Fichajes is reporting that Chelsea are considering a similar offer, as they look to replace the manager. Fired head coach Graham Potter.

Potter has struggled since taking power in September, and Zidane will be offered a big deal to take the job, with a rumored salary of 15 million euros per season. Real Madrid is Zidane's only senior club in terms of management but it seems he is getting closer to adding a second team to his CV.
