The Spaniard is not only featured in the English Premier League, he also plays with the best win rate in Spanish La Liga.

Josep "Pep" Guardiola Sala, professional football coach and former Spain player, was born on January 18, 1971. He is currently the manager of Premier League team Manchester City.
He holds the record for the most consecutive wins in La Liga, the Bundesliga and the Premier League, and is widely regarded as one of the greatest managers of all time.
Guardiola temporarily coached Barcelona B after his playing career ended, leading them to the Tercera División title.
In 2008, he became the coach of the first team. He became the youngest coach to win the aforementioned European title as he led Barcelona to the La Liga, UEFA Champions League and Copa del Rey treble in his first season. Guardiola received the Catalan parliament's highest honor, the gold medal, in 2011 after leading the team to a La Liga double and another Champions League.
He was also named FIFA World Coach of the Year the same year. He ended his four years at Barcelona in 2012 with a club record of 14 awards.
After a hiatus, Bayern Munich revealed that Guardiola would take over as the team's coach in 2013.
In three seasons in charge of Bayern, Guardiola won the Bundesliga, as well as two domestic doubles. He moved from the Bavarian side to Manchester City in 2016, and in his second season as a coach led them to a Premier League title while also breaking many national records by becoming a manager. the first team to accumulate 100 tournament points.
