The seventh Last Call model from Dodge will debut in Las Vegas on March 20.
The seventh and final Last Call model will be unveiled at the "Dodge Last Call Powered by Roadkill Nights Vegas" event, according to additional information provided by Dodge. Even though the name is a mouthful, Dodge appears to be going all out for the event because it appears to be serving as a farewell to the Charger and Challenger models with Hemi engines.
Drag racing, thrill rides, a display of spectator vehicles, exhibition runs, and even a performance by Grammy-winning superstar DJ Diplo will all take place at the event on March 20, 2023, in Las Vegas. The show's focal points will be the seventh Last Call model and the Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Concept, which will resemble a passing of the torch.
The first of two Roadkill Nights events in 2023, it will be held at Las Vegas Motor Speedway's The Strip. TV personalities David Freiburger, Mike Finnegan, KJ Jones, Chris Jacobs, and Alex Taylor, as well as renowned blues and rock guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd and automotive television host Mike Musto, will make appearances at the Roadkill Nights Vegas event.
The price of a ticket to the event starts at $25, but if you want to show off your car, you'll have to pay $60. However, this is a Dodge event, and since the company wants the show to primarily feature the brand, any Dodge owner who brings their vehicle gets free admission. The final Last Call model will then be unveiled that evening at six o'clock in the evening and will be live-streamed on DodgeGarage.com and YouTube.
We assume that there is a good chance that any of the other Last Call models will make an appearance. The Dodge Challenger Shakedown, Dodge Charger Super Bee, Dodge Challenger and Charger Scat Pack Swinger, Dodge Charger King Daytona, and Dodge Challenger Black Ghost are the previously available models.
A Last Call plaque will be hidden under the hood of each and every Last Call model, which will be produced in extremely small quantities. This indicates, to no one's surprise, that the insane dealer markups are already in place, which means that you will most likely pay double for the model you want to buy. Is it necessary? That is up to you, but there are many good reasons why we wouldn't recommend it.
After months of delays caused by parts shortages and reportedly blown engines during testing, this final model's debut is also long overdue.
The only thing we are aware of is that there is a good chance that we will encounter something larger and more sinister than the ones that have come before it. The engine's been blowing up because Dodge may be pushing the 6.2-liter supercharged V8's limits. It's possible that the company made the bold decision to incorporate the Hellephant engine's 1,100 horsepower into a model in order to truly test the waters. Whatever the circumstance, we will tune in on March 20 to find out.
