A collaboration arrangement between Ecobank Ghana and Bolt provides savings to Ecobank customers who use Bolt services and pay with Ecobank cards.
Through this collaboration, Bolt users who pay using an Ecobank debit or credit card will receive a significant 50% discount on their first ride and a 5% discount on consecutive rides for the next three months.
At a brief ceremony conducted at the Ecobank Head Office in Accra, the partnership agreement was inked.
Ecobank Ghana's Executive Director and Head of Consumer Banking, Dr. Edward Botchway, stated during the signing ceremony: "We are dedicated to providing our clients and the greater Ghanaian public with safe, convenient, dependable, and accessible means of payments."
To give our clients the best platform to make payments for their Bolt intracity transit journeys, we have entered into this agreement with Bolt.
He claims that the offer reductions are made to lessen the financial load on the bank's customers who travel frequently.
Dr. Botchway also hinted that Ecobank will keep looking for new ways to thrill its clients as it strives to increase their pleasure and loyalty.
He advised all holders of EcoBank cards to take advantage of the deal since every ride they take gives them the chance to save a lot of money.
The country manager for Bolt Business, Kwaku Ampadu-Manu, stated his confidence that riders will take advantage of this offer.
He declared: "Our passengers will not only have the option of cashless payments, but we are also providing them with monetary incentives." Customers of Ecobank who use their cards to pay for trips will get a 50% discount on their first trip and 5% off all future rides during the next three months. Also, our drivers will receive cashback benefits when customers use their Ecobank debit or credit cards to make payments.
"At the moment, drivers get GHS2 more for every card ride they complete." Furthermore, the incentive provided by this cooperation is evidence that Bolt is always developing new strategies.
