Controversial tv presenter captain smart has made some bold assertions about some Ghanaians who spend all their time attending prayer meetings and later go to God seeking to get money. He emphasized that it's only poor people who have time to attend most church activities such as prayer meetings and a whole lot. He further added that as a Person who needs money, you should rather work hard in achieving such an aim rather than going to waste your time praying for results.
Although his assertions may sound controversial, most online users agreed with his words and added that working yields results, ones you start working hard, you may not see the results now but hopefully in the future, you may reap the results of the hard work you sowed. They further added that, although prayer is important one should pray a little and focus his energy towards work and work hard in achieving his or her goal because hard work pays.
Captain smart further added that rich men like Osei Kwame Despite, Tobinco, and other big men don't have time to go for prayer meetings but are still making it big because then God sees their hard work and visits their homes to bless and specifically pray for them because of the money they have made. Stating this fact, he urged all Ghanaians to boycott the prayer meetings and channel their energies to working hard because there is no correlation to one receiving financial breakthroughs through church activities.
This is not the first time Captain Smart is making such bold allegations, in fact, he has been in the news several for his utterances on sensitive topics and he seems not to be stopping anytime soon. He has been invited over by CID countless times for questioning on his utterances.
