Founder and leader of the National Liberation Congress (NLC) Stephen Atubiga, has taken a swipe on former President Mahama over recent campaign promises.
Mr Atubiga took to Facebook to express his conception of the actions of the former president.

``As I listen to JDM attentively on his campaign launch today, I don't agree with him on some policies he would be attempting to cancel, even though I think he has been honest about what he has in mind.
I think his bold intention to cancel Ex -Gratia will affect him big time Internally and externally of votes.
We all know what it takes to become an MP or a president financially. Then you have a contract of 4 years to serve, your retirement is your Ex -Gratia as an MP, An Appointee, or a president.
They will all kick against it.
Removal of Ex -Gratia will breed corruption in Executives to have a comfortable retirement.
The idea of running a narrow Government is in the right direction, but unfortunately who should work to give power to few to get jobs at the expense of others? No more monkey set work baboons dey chop.
Some of these ideas discourage people to break their back on any leader. There must be jobs for the boys and the grassroots.
I don't think The NPP had a way to reward loyalty for tomorrow's sake, than what they have done.
The liability to be inherited from any incoming government is not going to be like taking over another person's wife to start making love.
It takes 2 years plus for any new government or continues government to settle down.
Especially as our Constitution ends the Government term of office on the 7th of January, of 4 years circle.
It is in the 3rd year that any new government can roll out any implementations of its manifesto.
So the big Push and all those fictional promises must be well realistic in today's modern world market of practical experience governance.
I think going to the IMF as a country has its positives and negatives depending on what a government is trying to achieve.
A government not paying its depth, be it deliberate may also have possibilities for the nation .
Prof. Alabi earned my respect when I heard him tell the NDC why some Founders, and stakeholders' children are all joining the NPP during and after education.
Prof.Alabi Made it clear how the NDC member's children will grow to see their parents in the same level of poverty, with no support or help from the NDC as good standing members for the past 30 years.
prof, Alabi acknowledges No capacity building for the grassroots and the foot-Soldiers when in power.
The NDC is a socialist party, the NDC is not a capitalist party, and the NDC members on the grounds are very poor and broke. The NDC should be rolling out its social intervention program to up uplift the standard and living conditions of the needy and poor.
Well, let's see how capitalism talks will give them the NDC oxygen, than if they learn to speak and practice socialism practically on the grounds.
In conclusion, as a Socialist, I rate JDM 70% on his comeback ideas.
And I rate him JDM 100% on hisb sincerity and body language regarding what he wishes and wants to do when given the opportunity. Even though I know 40% will be very difficult to achieve in 4 years.
