Jude Bellingham raged with Chelsea's controversial penalty when he referenced Kai Havertz's technique after Borussia Dortmund were knocked out of the Champions League.
Dortmund had a one-goal advantage in the second leg at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday.
But they were unable to keep their lead as Chelsea beat the two winners to zero to win 2-1 on aggregate to secure a place in the next round of the tournament.
Raheem Sterling opened the scoring just before the break, with Havertz converting from the penalty spot to make it 2-0 that night.
Jude Bellingham complained to the referee.
The German's goal was controversial when his penalty was retaken for a foul. He tried against the second attempt after missing the first attempt.
The decision to retake the penalty angered Bellingham, who called the situation a "joke" and pointed to Havertz's "slow build-up".
Speaking to BT Sport after the game, he said:
"I can't see the incident anymore. From where I stand, it seems pretty close. I don't see where he can go with his hands. It's a meter or two..."
The England player added:
"The fact that they played again, it's kind of a joke. When you run that slow, everyone gets ahead. That's the game, I guess, and he made the decision."
The 19-year-old has been in impressive form this season but failed to show up when he returned to England.
But it was discussed by Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher before the match started. The Arsenal legend hailed the star midfielder as a "all-rounder", and the former Liverpool defender hopes his former side can lure him to Anfield this summer.
Henry said of Bellingham on CBS Sports: "He's very versatile, he's complete, he likes to show movement, skill going forward.
“What I like about him is the way he always wants the ball, he never hides if he has to defend or attack, he always has the ball to see if he can feed the attackers. your job or not.
"That's what I like about him, he's willing to try and win the ball - it's not just skill in football. He's going to win that ball, see if he can play, he's got it. will go around and pass the ball, get ready and pass it on to its mate. He can do whatever he wants at the right time and we all know that's why so many people want him because he has that thing in his closet.
"Get the ball, go to the other side, fake the player and shoot with the outside of his foot, what a player. A lot of teams want him. We all have an idea of ??where he is. We can finish, Jamie, can't we? ?"
carragher replied
"Hope is the pass finger," before comparing him to Steven Gerrard.
“Yes, I must,” Henry replied when asked if there were any similarities between Gerrard and Bellingham. Will he move to Liverpool at the end of the season? See this place.
