Veteran Ghanaian movie actress famously known for her role in the popular tv series “Efiewura” have sparked conversations online with claims of dreams the late comedy legend Bob Santo has been showing to him. Bob Santo was very instrumental in the late ’80s and 90’s when it comes to comedy, he played in many roles along with his best friend and colleague Judas. The two blessed our screens with their one-in-a-million style of acting and won the hearts of many. However, on May 30, 2002, the late Bob Santo passed away after a brief illness. The industry of comedy came to a standstill as the mighty rock of the industry was uprooted by the cold hands of death.
Ante Bee who was the lover and wife of Santo in various interviews revealed that all her success in acting is a result of Santo’s hard work and encouragement he gave him. She stated emphatically, it was Santo who made sure producers used her in more of their movies. She went on to describe Santo’s demise as a painful one and that she misses him every day. Moving forward, she described a few dreams she had after the death of Santo which she didn’t take for granted.
"I haven't been seeing him in my dreams. When
he first passed, I saw him. In my dream, he told
me where we have planted cassava; that's where I
should eat from, and that I shouldn't destroy the
land."
This was the first ever dream she had of her late husband. She added that she didn’t first get an understanding of the dream and revealed it, to someone, that was when the person alerted her that, all saying is trying to say is that she should not avoid acting, she should go on and she will be great. The veteran actress added that she listened to the advice and date she still plays roles in movies.
"Since then, I haven't seen him. I discussed it
with someone and told the person about the
dream, and he said the job he left me with is the
the same job I should keep doing,"
