NOTICE. FOR:
IMMEDIATE RELEASE
There is a temporary ban on visits to Bawku by state institutions or organizations in the name of peace talks or in the name of fact finding. No committee shall be allowed into Bawku nor into the palace of His Royal Eminence Zugraan.
1.We caution politician to stay off from meddling in the Bawku issues. Especially the minister of defence, Dominic Nitiwul.
2. Government is playing with a serious issue that can put the whole country in flames. Until the imposter and his king makers face the law, we have no need for any visit or any dialogue.
3. No security personnel or whatever so ever will be entertained when we decide to enforce the laws ourselves.
4. If they want a place to visit, it should be Nalerigu. They should channel their energy into arresting the imposter and advise that old man to respect himself. He is not above the law because NPP is in power. He is not above the law because Bawumia is vice president.
5. Peace Council members should not be thinking of visiting Bawku. They should sit quietly in Accra. Zugraan has no issue to discuss with any state institution.
6. Some members of this government have taken the peaceful nature of our great king for granted.
7. We want to emphasize that so long as Zugraan, Bawku Naba is on the skin, nobody will be allowed hold any meeting with Mamprusis within Kusaug. They can meet in Nalerigu that is their hometown.
8. Anybody who wants to meet Mamprusis to talk about Bawku conflict can meet them in the North East but not within Kusaug.
We cannot guarantee the safety of any peace advocate in our kingdom.
Anybody who defies the orders of the Zugraan palace, will have himself or herself to blame. If anything like them comes to Bawku and something emergency happen to them they should not blame any one else, we can say.
Thank you.
Signed.
