Chelsea enter race to sign midfielder with 15 goals and 8 assists this season
According to CaughtOffside, Chelsea are interested in signing PSV Eindhoven midfielder Xavi Simons this summer.
The 19-year-old has a contract with the Dutch side until the summer of 2027 and can function as a central attacking midfielder as well as a winger on either side.
