Saints boss Ruben Seles has confirmed that former Spurs defender Kyle Walker-Peters needs a fitness test after suffering a stroke during the loss to Brentford. It is also believed that Ainsley Maitland-Niles is not fully fit, meaning that James Bree will most likely play at right-back.
Not much change is expected for the Spurs. Ivan Perisic could replace Ben Davies and Emerson Royal is back in light training, although Conte is unlikely to be too involved.
