Arsenal's streak of good fitness news ends with two new injury worries.

With the return of Gabriel Jesus in recent days, the Gunners now face a suspension without defenders Takehiro Tomiyasu and William Lilina.

Both were replaced in Thursday's Europa League defeat by Sporting CP as Arsenal was knocked out of the competition on penalties.

They join Eddie Nketiah in the treatment room for news that could affect their bid to win the Premier League title. Mohamed Elni is also absent in the long term.

Here's the latest Arsenal injury info and return date.

Wilhelm Saliba

Arsenal was forced to withdraw after just 21 minutes on Thursday with an unspecified problem, which left the defender limping off the pitch despite being able to leave the pitch unassisted.

It's unclear if he has a genuine injury or left as a precaution given his team's title run.

William Saliba was reportedly seen leaving the pitch with no ropes in sight but Arsenal is nervously waiting to find out how long he will be out for.

Arteta said: "I don't know, he felt uncomfortable and couldn't continue, so we had to take his clothes off."

Takehiro Tomiyasu

Like Saliba, Tomiyasu has just started his comeback from the injury he sustained against Sporting.

The Japanese full-back won the ball and immediately went down injured, raising fears he is suffering from a more serious problem than his team-mate.

Arteta revealed that Tomiyasu described the attack on him in "serious" terms.

The manager said: "Tomiyasu seems quite serious from his reaction right after and from what he said to me, but it's definitely very early days."

Eddie Nketia

Nketiah is weeks away from returning to action after suffering an ankle injury earlier in the month.

Still wearing protective boots, the striker's hopes of making an appearance were harshly described by his boss this week.

Arteta told reporters: "He's improving. Still in the trunk. There are still a few weeks until then and we still have to be patient.

"It was a bad injury and he has a big challenge ahead of him. Thankfully it could have been worse. So he's not in a bad place.

Mohamed Elena

Arsenal will be without Egyptian midfielder Elneny until the end of the season.A knee injury sustained in training in late January required surgery, which the club said would take "significant" recovery time.
