Chelsea have reportedly decided they are prepared to sell goalkeeper Edouard Mendy this summer, having also recently made the decision to let Mason Mount go.
This is according to a report from Football Insider, who claim that the Blues are willing to part ways with their 'keeper, who himself is also keen to move on and get more playing time elsewhere after falling out of favour at Stamford Bridge.
Mendy has had some fine moments for Chelsea, most notably when he starred in their winning Champions League run in 2021, though he's never quite been able to repeat that form.
Graham Potter has now decided to put his faith in Kepa Arrizabalaga ahead of Mendy, and so it's not too surprising to see that the Senegalese shot-stopper now looks set to be allowed to leave.
Edouard Mendy's Chelsea future looks in some doubt
Football Insider also claim they recently learned of Chelsea's decision to let Mount go, with the England international also linked with Liverpool by CaughtOffside columnist Fabrizio Romano. Chelsea signed a number of deals in January and last summer, but it looks like there will be even more big changes to Potter's squad in the coming months, with two big names like Mount and Mendy leaving.

Rasmus Hojlund
The 20-year-old has previously claimed (via AIM) that he resembles Harland:
"Me and Erling Haaland have something in common. He's fast, left-footed, tall, has a sharp nose and is a class finisher. His mind is completely insane too!
Arsenal are looking to build depth across the pitch in the summer. The attacking department is one area Mikel Arteta is eager to develop. The Gunners acquired Leandro Trossard in January. However, Arteta is interested in further strengthening his team and building a side that can qualify for next season's UEFA Champions League. Hojlund could serve as a player both now and in the near future given his form and young age.
However, it will cost potential suitors around €43 million to secure Hojlund, given that his contract runs until 2027 and other clubs have also expressed interest.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta talks about Takehiro Tomiyasu
Takehiro Tomiyasu was substituted in the first half of his UEFA Europa League game between Arsenal and Sporting CP. The Japanese national team also withdrew from the national team. There are serious doubts about whether Tomiyasu will be able to play the rest of the season. Arteta provided a player update, stating (via the official Gunners website):
"I don't know. Apparently the doctor is looking at him. We've had tests. They've got to have another test tomorrow, but it doesn't look good. That's for sure." If you look at Tomi, he's not one to overdo it. We are worried because he was really worried right away. ”
Tomiyasu has been an important player for Arsenal this season. He has made 31 appearances for the senior team so far this season.
