Supporters believe Kyle Walker had two cautions against Italy but wasn't dismissed.

Walker was formally given a yellow card for timewasting in the 71st minute of the game, when England had a 2-1 lead.

Yet according to Channel 4, who was live-streaming the game, he also appeared to have been booked in the 53rd minute.

Viewers were therefore shocked to see the City defender remain on the field after Serb referee Srdjan Jovanovic issued the defender a second caution 18 minutes later.

The incident was noted by Channel 4 analyst Steve Bower, who clarified that the earlier booking must have given them incorrect information.

It appears that Giovanni Di Lorenzo, an Italian, was the one who was arrested during the brawl.

Kyle Walker has received two cautions but is still participating, according to Barstool Football on Twitter.

Another perplexed supporter exclaimed, "Kyle Walker has been booked twice and hasn't been sent off!" "Maybe the ref must have taken the first initial off," someone said.

Luke Shaw, an England player who was dismissed with 10 minutes remaining, did collect two cautions.

After receiving two cautions in the span of 54 seconds, England finished the match with 10 players.

One admirer responded, "Luke Shaw, he's so useless." "First you receive a pointless booking for wasting time, then you do a stupid foul," the referee said.

Terrible that from Luke Shaw, a third person chimed in. He received a ridiculous first yellow for delaying a throw-in even though he was aware that the referee was penalizing players for doing so.

Nonetheless, England managed to finish the match, starting their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign with a victory in Naples.

Since then, while playing for City, he has won four Premier League championships, four EFL Cup medals, and one FA Cup. Moreover, he has represented England at the UEFA Euro 2016, FIFA World Cup 2018, UEFA Euro 2020, and FIFA World Cup 2022. He has three times been included in the PFA Team of the Year: in 2011–12, 2016–17, and 2017–18.
